Explaining The Irrational: Ad Economy Edition

It is much more than the growth of the economy, and it benefits both TV and online. It does not look like a one-month thing. Is it because WPP is not included?I do not think so either.

This columnist is puzzled, all the more because of the difficulties the media are facing (TV audiences, online issues such as adblocking…)
